True Definition of a Bull Market

December 1st, 2020

“The true definition of bull market is a market that rises in all forms of currency, not just one like the US Dollar.”

What are the characteristics of a true bull market? According to Steve Rhodes of Mastering Probability, we now live in a one-world market and as such, all forms of currency must move up in a true bull market, not just one or a select few.

In the 2-minute video below from his webinar Discover the Tools Used by 2018 Market Timer of the Year, Steve compares price movement in the Dow across 4 different currencies. He demonstrates that while price moved up in US dollars and yen, the price actually had moved down in euros and pounds. This discrepancy served as a warning that a real breakout had not yet formed.
