Requirements:
I'm looking for an "indicator" that will draw a dot or arrow under/over a candle that closes in the top or bottom 25% of the candle's range?
Developer Added options:
1) Percentage can be entered in as a parameter.
2) Can control distance of dot away from bar.

Importing to NinjaTrader 7 is Easy!
To import your 3rd party app or add-on to NinjaTrader, simply follow these 3 steps:
- Download the app or add-on file to your desktop
- From the NinjaTrader Control Center window, select the menu File > Utilities > Import NinjaScript
- Select the downloaded file from your desktop
